Nous avons reçu un mail de M Castro qui promet de nous rembourser d'ici le 31 juillet 2014... cela fait un an que nous attendons, nous sommes donc sceptiques et nous vous tiendrons au courant.

Voici notre mésaventure.
Nous avions loué et payé d'avance un 4x4 aménagé (ZONDA 4x4) pour parcourir la Patagonie en toute liberté. Arrivés à TRELEW, lieu de notre départ, pas de ZONDA 4x4. Un accident l'avait rendu parait-il indisponible. 4 jours plus tard on nous propose un KANGOO, sale et mal aménagé (cf photos jointes). N'ayant pas le choix, nous avons accepté moyennant une remise de 900 €. Cette remise devait nous être rendue quand nous ramènerions la voiture à Ushuaia.

Le 8 mai 2013 nous rendons la voiture mais Austral RV n'avait pas les 900 €.
Depuis lors malgré des échanges de nombreux mails, nous n'avons pas été remboursés. Au début nous faisions confiance à Austral qui invoquait d'abord la perte de notre RIB, puis les difficultés des changes entre l'Argentine et l’Europe, puis une maladie, puis une absence du bureau, puis des congés, puis une panne internet etc... Chaque fois avec beaucoup de courtoisie nous demandant d'être patient (cf la suite des mail que nous avons échangés).
Nous l'avons été, mais au bout de 6 mois plus aucune réponse de leur part. Nous supposons maintenant qu'il attendaient un délai au delà duquel toute réclamation devient impossible.
Néanmoins nous avons publié sur leur page Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/australrv) tout le bien que nous pensions d'eux. Ils répondaient à leurs clients que des internautes malveillants essayaient de leur extorquer des fonds mais que leurs avocats étaient sur les dents et nous cherchaient. Nous les attendons encore avec impatience pour prouver que nous avons raisons. Tous les documents nécessaires sont à leur disposition.
Aujourd'hui, en 2014, nous n'avons toujours pas été remboursé, et nous allons continuer notre information au sujet de cette entreprise malsaine.
En y regardant de plus près, cette société s'appelait avant GAIBU et déjà des plaintes avaient été émises à son égard, voyez plutôt :

We rented a 4X4 Zonda on your web site on November, 25, 2012
We paid 4347 euros for this car on March, 15, 2013, ie the full amount for the vehicle a month in advance before picking it up.(see invoice Client Bron.pdf , Reserva AU115/12)
When we landed in Trelew on April, 14, 2013, we found out the 4X4 Zonda was not there. We waited for a new vehicle from April 14 to April 17. No 4X4 Zonda being available, we had to rent a Kangoo, not a Smart 4x2, but a simple Kangoo which was dirty and with bad equipment. It was not a rental car but a building works car.
We then got a new invoice amounting to 3450 euros (see Bill Client Bron II.pdf Reserva n° AU115(2)/12) with a 900 euro refund (see Voucher devolucion Client Bron.pdf Reserva n° AU115/12 on April 17 2013).
We were first told we would get this 900 euro refund on turning the car back.
Unfortunately,when we gave the car back, we did not get our money back and were then told we would get it by bank transfer.
We have been back in France since Mai, 9, 2013 and still have not got any money.
On May 11
we sent the bank data you needed to refund us the 900 euros.
On May 24 you said :

We are writing to you because you are the general manager of Austral RV. We
would like to understand why Mr Eduardo Castro is not paying us back the 900
euros Austral RV owes us.
Let us remind you the facts :
On November 2012 and March 2013 we rented a fully-equiped Zonda 4X4 from
April 9 to May 13 and paid for it, i.e we paid 4347 Euros = the total amount.
On arriving at Trelew on April 9, there was no car. We got a dirty and
broken Kangoo four days later with a new contract. The price for the Kangoo was
3450 so 900 euros less.
We were supposed to get our money back on returning the car. We returned
the car on May 13 but did not get our money.
We have sent many e-mails to Mr Castro. He wrote us by mail (see below) he
would give us our money back on Sept 14. We are Sept 29 and have not received
our 900 euros.
Mr Castro is not answering our mails any more.
We would really appreciate if you could look into this problem and
send us the 900 euros Austral RV owes us.
